Big Byte does not have a Big heart for its customers

I feel sad putting this review for Big Byte. Until my more recent visit, I was a loyal customer with almost all our celebrations made successful with cakes from this bakery in SR Nagar. My recent and definitely last visit to this place was anything but pleasant.

I was shocked to see poor display of supply chain management. The place suffers from operational management with no order on how the customers are being serviced. There were a lot of disgruntled customers kept in waiting for more than 30 mins for an order of a burger. That's not it. The food was also horrible, especially the burger that I had. A chunck of outdated, hard, and horrible tasting chicken placed in between two buns is how this place defined a burger for its most loyal customer. I am not sure if I am ever gonna trust or even try placing any kind of order with these folks again. SO A BIG BY(T)E FROM ME :(

Barista - Has a huge customer satisfaction barrier

I am no big coffee fan, but I do accompany my wife who loves coffee. The recent experience that I had with Barista near the new shopping complex (at Pension House, Masab Tank, Hyderabad) was anything than pleasant.

My wife who is carrying (in to her ninth month) had a craving for Baskin Robbins Almond Ribbon ice cream. I picked one for her and one for myself and because BR did not have their own sit out, we sat in Barista sit out, where a cousin of mine ordered for some coffee. I was surprised when a Barista waiter came up to us and said that we (along with my pregnant wife) cannot have outside food in their sit out. "Dude! are you blind? Can't you see a 9 month old pregnant lady."

And it wasn't that we were not doing any business for them. My cousin was already cursing them. "I paid about 100 bucks to have my sister enjoy her ice cream in peace, and this is what I get for it."

I have started hating coffee even more, and for Barista, it lost 4 customers that day.

One Incomplete Bakery

Location: Vaidehi Ngr, Vanasthalipuram

Experience: This happens to be the only bakery around Vaidehi Nagar and complete enough not to stock coke. Well, I really do not have issues with that. Nothing wrong in being under stocked, but you have opened a bakery to be in business, not to catch up with you folks and completely ignore your customers.

Beyoooooooond call of duty, truly!
